On Something Sunday, I’ll discuss something old, something new, and something borrowed that I’ve used, experienced, or read this week. This could be a new place, doing something new, trying something new, looking at old pictures… really the possibilities are endless. I figured it’s a good way to look at the past, present, and… well, people’s generosity from week to week.
We’re skipping something blue. Because the color will get tedious after a while and any other connotation has the potential to be super depressing.
Something Old:
I went to see the new Footloose movie this week and it was a GREAT DEAL like the old Footloose. In fact, sometimes I forgot that it was supposed to be a modern version because in some scenes they dressed like they were still in the eighties.
Something New:
I actually went on a bit of a splurge this week, but I think that my favorite purchase was this Jessica Simpson camel-colored cross-body bag. I’ve been looking for a cross body bag in this color, but my hang-up was that they were all so small! This bag is still smaller than my usual purse, but I am in love with it and very happy with the purchase.
Something Borrowed:
I didn’t borrow much this week, but I did check out this book from the library! I had a hold on it and it came in!
