As I have this weekend free and want to start the year out on a strong blogging and reviewing note, I’ve decided to do an impromptu read-a-thon to kick off the year! I’ll probably be reading today AND tomorrow and here is my stack of books I’d like to get finished between the two days:

1 book and change read. 90 pages of another one read.
To sum up: This read-a-thon was a little bit of a fail. I lost steam with the second book because to be honest I’m not enjoying the reading at all. But at least I got further with it and I intend to muddle through it a little more this week.

I love this. I’m probably going to do something similar this week, because I’m (probably) not working and school hasn’t started yet. I have a huuuuge list of books I’d like to finish before school starts.
Lol, it was an utter fail but at least I got SOME reading done. :)
This is a really good idea. I think I’ll probably end up doing this later this month, just to kickstart my reading for 2013 and actually get through some of the unread books sitting on my bookshelf. (Good luck!)
I finished reading 1 book, read 2 novellas, and started reading another book, I had intended to finish the book that I started that day but my surprise nap killed that goal. Looking forward to another readathon though!
