On Something Sunday, I’ll discuss something old, something new, and something borrowed that I’ve used, experienced, or read this week. This could be a new place, doing something new, trying something new, looking at old pictures… really the possibilities are endless. I figured it’s a good way to look at the past, present, and… well, people’s generosity from week to week.

We’re skipping something blue. Because the color will get tedious after a while and any other connotation has the potential to be super depressing.

Something Old:

Granted it is a new show, but I love seeing the old world of the 60s relived on Pan-Am! This show is just fabulous.

Something New:

I had never been to a book launch party before but was fortunate enough to be able to attend the launch party of The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin. The author did a few readings, talked about how she became a writer, and how she was inspired to write her book. I also bought the book and got it signed!

Something Borrowed:

Thank you to the BBC for sharing Doctor Who with us Americans on BBC America. I was introduced to the show just recently but absolutely love it. Unfortunately, the season finale was this week, so I must now wait until Christmas for a new episode!

That’s it for this week’s Something Sunday! What did you do this week?
